So I learn this at school linseed also known flaxseed in North America if added to your daily diet it will help with lowering your blood pressure (has been shown to help prevent the build up of plaque in arteries, helps lower cholesterol), regulate heart rhythm, and has anti-inflammatory properties. I’ve been using this in my diet and can’t say enough about it, as it has helped with my digestion and good bacteria. I put a tablespoon in my morning porridge to help with feeling fuller and to help with keeping my blood sugar levels stable. Is also a rich source of omega-3, which helps protect the brain and heart. I believe since I have been taking it, it has helped my brain’s feel good chemicals work better.

  1. I’m really loving the theme/design of your blog. Do you ever run into any internet browser compatibility problems?
A small number of my blog audience have complained about my website not operating correctly in Explorer but looks great in Firefox.
Do you have any advice to help fix this issue?
